programs, digital services, and franchise-related facilities. Due to the nature
of educational and digital services, most services are activated immediately
after successful payment.
General Refund Policy
All payments made for courses, certifications, digital services, registrations,
or wallet recharges are generally non-refundable once the service
has been successfully activated or delivered to the user.
Users are advised to carefully review service details and pricing before making
any payment.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only under limited circumstances such as duplicate
payments, technical errors where payment is deducted but service is not delivered,
or verified unauthorized transactions.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind after payment, incorrect service
selection, failure to use services within validity, successful wallet credits,
or services already accessed.
Wallet Recharge Policy
Wallet recharges on the Youth Computer Education Centre platform are strictly
non-refundable once credited. Wallet balance can only be used for services
available on our platform and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, users must contact our support team within
7 days of the transaction date and provide the transaction ID,
registered email address, payment date, and reason for the request.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within
7–10 working days and credited to the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway provider.
Third-Party Payment Gateways
All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways such as
Razorpay. We do not control payment gateway processing timelines
or banking delays.
